We sell exclusively through independent outdoor retailers — no big-box, no marketplace, no direct-to-consumer pricing that would undercut your margin. If your shop has a quiet, technical customer and at least two seasons of buying history, the wholesale flow is three steps and a single email. Here’s how it works.
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Wholesale inquiry” and the shop’s name, address, two-year buying history, and the line you’re most interested in (softshells, hardshells, sleep systems, or the full Quiet Kit). We reply within five business days — usually within two.
Approved accounts open with a minimum $2,400 wholesale order (FOB Bozeman), or roughly 18–24 mixed units depending on which line you build. Terms are Net 30 on the first three invoices and Net 60 from invoice four onward. MAP pricing is enforced — no unauthorized markdowns, ever.
Accounts that reorder through two seasons are invited into our annual product planning cycle, with first-look access to prototypes in March and a flat 35% discount on showroom samples for in-store demos. Wholesale partners also receive co-branded repair credit and a quarterly allocation of our Quiet Routes trail-map prints for your customers.
